（1） Cab

The cab adopts ergonomic design, with reasonable overall layout and comfortable operation. 1. Engine

Deutz BF4M2012 series turbocharged diesel engine is adopted, which has good power performance, large torque reserve, good economy, low fuel consumption and oil consumption. 2. Transmission

The mechanical gearshift gearbox of Italian famous brand is adopted, with 4 gears at the front and back, and the maximum speed can reach more than 40km/h; It has the function of two drive and four drive switching. It is forced to switch to the two drive mode when shifting to the fourth gear to improve safety.

3. Drive axle

Multi disc wet brake axle of Italian famous brand is adopted. The axle is simple in structure and compact in design. The internal system is free from external pollution. The brake pad has good heat dissipation when immersed in gear oil. The fully enclosed design can realize maintenance free.

（3） Hydraulic system

The unique dual pump confluence hydraulic system is adopted. The dual pump confluence system is composed of two gear pumps and throttling multi way valves. When working under light load, dual pumps are used to supply oil to ensure large flow, reduce the working cycle time and improve the working efficiency; In case of heavy load operation, one pump can be unloaded automatically to work with high pressure and small flow to ensure the normal operation of the engine under high load. When the working hydraulic system such as the transfer field does not work, one pump can be unloaded manually, and the single pump can work to meet the steering demand, reduce energy consumption and reduce heating.

（4） Brake system

The service brake adopts the rear axle wet brake, the brake valve imported from Italy, and the double brake pedals can realize the one-sided braking of the whole machine, and the turning radius is smaller; The parking brake can also be used as emergency brake and parking brake. It is directly pulled by the brake flexible shaft, which is easy to install and maintain.

（5） Working device

The loading working device adopts an eight link mechanism. The structure and hinge point are optimally designed, and the digging force can reach 66kN. The bucket can be mechanically and automatically leveled, and the bucket angle change is controlled within 1.5 ° during lifting, with excellent translational performance.
