On April 26, 2017, Jin Chengxin and Norman Erte signed a joint venture agreement; On September 28, 2017, the joint venture company Jinnuo Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. was officially established; On March 6, 2018, Jinnuo Company held an official production ceremony.
